SAFETY AND SECURITY
The hotel building was built according to Hungarian standards. For your safety and security please obey the fire & emergency rules.
Smoking is only allowed in our designated smoking area.
When leaving your room, always keep your electronic equipment switched off (television, razor etc).
In case of emergency call Reception dialling phone extension 0. When the fire alarm goes off, leave the building immediately. Fire route map hanging on your bedroom door. Always keep your room locked. When leaving the room, please close the window and the balcony door. Please use the in-built room safe for your valuables. The hotel does not take responsibility for cash or other valuables left in the room.

Baby (equipment): Baby cot and baby high chair are available at the Reception on request. Please ask our colleagues for help.

Bar: The Bar is open daily 12.00-22.00 and it is situated on the ground floor.
We cannot provide any alcohol for people under the age of 18.
Battery Charger: At your request we provide various adapters free of charge. Please contact the reception about charging electric cars.
Blanket: Upon request, we provide our guests with extra blankets. More information may be obtained at the Reception.
Breakfast: On weekdays between 7:00-10:00 and weekends between 8:00 – 10:00 Continental breakfast is provided up to 10 persons, buffet breakfast above 10 persons. Take-away breakfasts can be requested at the reception by 18:00 pm the previous day.
Check in: Check in time is 3 pm.
Check out: Check out time is 11 am. Please leave your room card at Reception after checkout. In case of loss or damage of the card, a 10.000 HUF penalty must be charged.
Cleaning: Daily cleaning is provided every day.
Clothing: Please follow the general dress code in all cases. Please do not stay in bath robe and swimsuit in the Restaurant.
Comments/Complaint: We do appreciate every valuable comment, please turn to Reception should you have any, so that you can discuss the matter further with a member of the Management.
Computer assistance: For more information about internet and computer facilities, turn to the Reception.
Conferences: In connection with organizing smaller banquets, conferences, seminars and company events, please contact our colleagues at the reception for more information.
Credit cards: Credit cards accepted: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, VPay, JCB, Diners
„Do not disturb”: Your DND card is placed in your wardrobe. Please use it outside your bedroom door should you wish to rest so that the staff is aware. Contact the Reception if you need the dusting later.
Electricity: Our hotel has electric current 220V / 50Hz. For our foreign guests we provide an adapter for international use on request for deposit.
Events: Events may be organized in the hotel. Please contact Reception for more information.
Flowers: Flowers can be ordered at Reception.
Heater Cooling Air Conditioner: The appliance can only be operated with closed doors. A remote control can control the temperature. In winter the recommended heating temperature is 20 – 25 C °, in summer the recommended cooling temperature is 22 – 26 C °. These temperature ranges provide a pleasant feeling of comfort.
Internet: Wireless internet connection available in all areas of the hotel.
International Adapter: An adapter for international use can be requested at the reception of the hotel for a deposit.
Ironing: If you require ironing services, turn to the Reception. Your clothes will be ironed within an hour. We kindly ask you to request ironing of such clothes only, which do not require special treatment since our hotel does not undertake responsibility for such damages. For your request we can provide an iron and an iron stand.
Key: All bedrooms can be opened with a room card. For electricity in your bedroom, please insert your card into the slot near the door. Sockets only provide electricity when the card is inserted. If you wish to leave Hotel Kőporos temporarily or finally check out, please leave the room card at the reception. If you are leaving the property temporarily, please leave the room card at the reception.
In case of loss or damage of the card, a 10.000 HUF penalty must be charged.
Laptop: If you need a laptop in your room, please contact the Reception.
Laundry: If you hand down your clothes for cleaning until 9 a.m., we will clean and prepare them in your room on the same day (except for weekends). Please, use the laundry bags. For our current prices, consult the price list displayed in the rooms. We kindly ask you to hand down only such clothes for cleaning which do not require special treatment.
Linen change: In our hotel, bed clothes are changed twice a week at least. Upon our guests’ request, we change bed clothes more frequently. More information may be obtained at the Reception.
Lost items: Please contact reception. We keep items left in the room at reception for 3 months.
Luggage room: The luggage room at the reception may be used free of charge at any time with the help of the Reception.
Maintenance: Should you need any assistance please inform Reception.
Medical services – doctor: In case of any illnesses or emergency, please call Reception who will be at your service regarding the closest on-call medical service, pharmacy and hospital.
Medication: Please contact reception.
Messages: Passed on to your room by Reception.
Minibar: Our minibar ensures a 24-hour beverage and snack selection. Minibars are refilled daily, and all consumed items charged automatically on your room bill. Please inform Reception about the items you consumed on departure day when checking out.
Non-smoking room: Smoking is prohibited in all bedrooms of Hotel Kőporos. There is an extra charge (200 euros) in case of smoking.
Other utensils: Available at the Reception at an additional fee: toothbrush + toothpaste 300 HUF / package, razor 300 HUF/ package. Umbrellas may be requested free of charge.
Package transport: Upon request, your package will be delivered to the room.
Parking: Parking for our guests is free of charge. Parking is not guarded, however. The hotel does not take responsibility for the possible prejudice.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at Hotel Kőporos. Thank you for your understanding.
Photocopy / printing: Please ask for assistance at the reception.
Pillow: Extra pillows available upon request. In case you need a pillow that is filled with different material than our basic pillows please contact reception. (Feather, Aloe Vera, Antiallergenic)
Post: Packages/letters sent on by Reception for extra charge. Your stamped mail will be forwarded by the Reception for a specified fee. Envelopes and paper may be requested at the Reception.
Programs: A wide range of selection of programs such as sport, cultural, gastro and entertainment facilities in and around Hercegkút. For further information, please contact Reception.
Questionnaire: Your opinion and comments formed during your stay are important to us to help to raise the standard of services. Please fill in the questionnaire found in the rooms or at the hotel reception desk.
Radio: Radio channels are available via television.
Restaurant: At Hotel Kőporos there is a restaurant which is open between 12 o’clock and 10 pm. Our guests can have their breakfast from 7 am to 10 am on weekdays and between 8 to 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. Our restaurant can be found downstairs, and its entrance is opposite the reception. It is non-smoking and equipped with an air conditioning system. No alcohol is served for guests under 18. For groups with less than10 people we can provide extended continental breakfast while for more than 10 people we offer buffet breakfast. Take-away breakfast can be provided for guests leaving in the early hours, please contact reception with your request until 6 pm the previous day. Please contact reception for dietary options.

Room service: At Hotel Kőporos we provide room service between 6 am and 10 pm.
Safe: Room safe. In case of any difficulties while using, please call Reception.
Sauna: Sauna in our wellness area: Combined sauna. For more information, please call Reception.
Security: Hotel Kőporos has remote monitoring service. In case of any emergency, they arrive on site.
Services – church: Timing and location of services information at Reception.
Sewing: The sewing kits placed in each room may be used by our guests free of charge.
Shoe cleaning: Shoeshine Service is available in our hotel between 8 am and 6 pm. A shoeshine kit is available in the room next to the safe. For more information, please contact the Reception.
Slippers: Slippers may be requested at the Reception for a specified fee.
Special diet, meals: If you or another guest travelling with you have a food allergy or food intolerance, be sure to let the reception know in advance so that our staff can ensure your complete safety and comfort in a timely manner.
Taxi/transfer: If you require taxi or any transfer, turn to the Reception for prices and more information.

Room to room: dial the room number you wish to call. Outside calls shall be made only from Reception.
Television: Television can be switched on/off with the remote. List of channels is situated next to the television.
Towel: The daily change of the towels is only on request. For more information, please contact the Reception.
Visitors: If you would like to have visitors in your room, please let the Reception know. When arriving we need the visitors to show their ID or passport to the receptionist.
Wake-up call: Please contact Reception should you need a wakeup call.
Wellness: Opening time: 08.00-22.00 Hotel Kőporos has 1 jacuzzi (34-36°C) and a combined sauna.
Wooden hot tubs: In the hotel’s garden there are 2 wooden hot tubs equipped with wood-burning stoves, suitable for 4 – 6 people. These can be used for an additional fee with a prior reservation. Reservation and further information available at the reception.
